PAID FOR SPEED SERVICE A WEEK AGO

My sister in law posted on thursday 26th of March via speed service which is supposed to be 24hrs. but when i called the next day to find out where my parcel was, they told me it was still at the post office in Carolina and that it will be leaving on the friday only for delivery on Monday the 30th of March. today is the 2nd of April and i am still waiting for my parcel. i called the post office in my area and they cannot locate it.<br> <br> what was the point in me paying for speed service if they dont stick the actual benefit of speed servicing?<br>
