Paid for nothing

<p>This is how it went, ealier this year I discovered that the postal boxes in Sloane Park have been moved. A new Postal Office branch was being belt. Not far were postal office containers but not with our box numbers, so they were being just stored there. Once the Post office branch was up and running, I visited them and asked what had happened to the postal boxes with our mail. They said they know nothing about it, came back again and again only to find mix stories. Than I was told that they have been moved to Revonia temporarly.</p> <p>Firsly I was not informed that they will be moved and why? The temporarlly issue has became forever! Than I told the teller that Revonia is too far for me as I now live in Krugersdorp, can Postal office find me a new in Pinehaven. She rudely told me that I have to deregister the box in Bryanston and apply in Pinehaven! What utter ******* is this? The Post offie just needs to take my residential address and allocate a box near for me. After all I have paid their fees. I walked out and never came back.</p> <p>So its already the end of the year, you have been sitting with my mail since. Taken my money rendered no service. Is this a professional institution or its a unit runned by ****s. Even taxi drivers are rendring a 110% service better than the Post Office.</p>
