Paid a premium for a specific service that they then did not honor = *****ing

Tired of all government run companies that are a law unto themselves. If They offer a service at a premium fee and I pay that fee and they agree to deliver and then do NOT deliver as promised. THEN I WANT AN EXCUSE AND AT LEAST MY MONEY BACK. This kind of BS would not be tolerated in the private sector. Wake up and go learn something about customer service. I payed for next day delivery - we are on day 3 and still stuck in Cape Town. With weekend approaching .... The Post Office - where next day means next week sometime. But when we take your money ... that happens immediately. If small private companies can do better - what is your excuse ?
