Packages problem at JIMC

I have ordered 2 parcels from US in april 2018 in different dates which are 11th and 18th parcel RX ********** 64DE was for the 11th april until now not received DHL said it was suppossed to be delivered long ago. And parcel RX ********** 37DE since it was received 10 june today its the 8th july 2018 I have not received it.I was given local tracking RI ********** 18ZA no movement. How can such things happen no people this is not good.
