Packages not recieved/Lost with no response from all customer care options

Hi I have send query's out about missing packages this year to the post office on all there customer care lines , no reply. Do not even try calling them its a waste of money and time. The post office can not assist in locating not one but 8 lost packages during this last 8 months.

Ironically they are very quick to tell you to pay for post box renewals
