Packages cleared Customs on December 12,17

Hello Peter, I sent to packages to RSA .. packages have cleared customs and still at the HUB in Johannesburg .. what can be done about this since I been told that nobody mans the Hub or it’s in a major problem . My family and friends have been waiting for a long time . The packages were sent from USA. Thx
