Package to Blantyre

Sent package CV 005 146 308 ZA From Strand in Dec.2017. Went same day to Cape Mail, from there no delay. Was then scanned on 20 Dec.2017 14:36 at JHB Intetnational Mail Hub Is 13th January 2018. Still shows as being in transit.

Sent e-mail to customerservices on 29th Dec.2017. Got a response from ********** On the 5 January 2018... Good Day The parcel you are tracking hasn’t left the country yet due to the crisis at Customs, they are delays because of the baglog of 2017. So please just bear with us and give it more time of more or less a week probably it will leave then.
