Package taking seriously long

<p>My parcel arrived at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on 15 August 2016 and it is still sitting there! When I phoned the call centre the lady's response was "Sorry madam. We have back log".</p> <p>I urgently need this package. How much longer do I have to wait? This is really ridiculous!</p> <p>My tracking number is RI ********** 42ZA</p>
