Package taking longer than the promised duration

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I package was sent for me from Centurion Post Office to the Pahalaborwa Post Office on the 18/08/2016 and it was promised that it would take a maximum of 3 working days. I contacted Centurion Post Office, spoke to Sarie and she told me it's not their problem I should contact the Call Center (***). I spoke to Bakang at the Call Center and he informs me that the package will only reach Phalaborwa on the 30/08/2016. I told him that I want to retrive the package from them and he informed me that will impossible, I should just wait until I receive it. </p> <p> </p> <p>It seems that they do not care about the severity of time because neither one of them wants to take the blame. </p> <p>I have had it with this SA Post Office and I believe disciplinary action should be taken to rectify what they have wronged.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards,</p> <p>Matimba Machimane</p>
