package stuck in witpos for a week

<p>I am trying to track down my parcel PE ********** 25ZA which has been lying at the witpos hub for a week now. I can't get through to anyone on the SAPO customer service line, I held on for 20 minutes now without speaking to anyone!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>please help me</p>
