Package stuck @ Witspos (Hub) for almost 6 months now

My parcel (RI ********** 14ZA ) has been stuck at the Witspos (Hub) since 21 November 2018. Meaning it has been in transit for the better part of 6 months now. I know service from the SA Post Office is absolutely atrocious lately and people avoid them like the black plague but unfortunately this is an international package and I didn't have the option to use an international courier. Also, after numerous emails that gets ignored and phone calls that no one answers I'm literally out of ideas. It's honestly mind-boggling how they can still be operating like this and still be open for business. Please sort this out and get my package delivered!
