Package stuck at Vanderbijlpark hub for more than a month

My package is stuck at Vanderbijlpark hub since 24 July 2019. It usually takes 1-2 days to get delivered from the hub to the post office nearest to me.

Was at the post office 3 times in the last month, yet they just shrug their shoulders & say I must contact the hub & ask where my parcel is. There isn't even any contact information available for the hub & the public is not allowed to enter the premises or to even collect a parcel.

So I want an answer from the post office as the whereabouts of my parcel & when it will get delivered.
