Package stuck at SA Post office for a month now.

I’ve bought sneakers for my friend last month on Trade inn, the package has sent been sent via Post office and it’s been a month now not hearing any feedback regarding the package. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday already but nothing has happened whatsoever. Can the SA Post office get back to me please. The package has at local sorting center since the 8th of October.
