Package stuck at customs

<p>Package was scanned in by mail centre on the 28th of April. The 11th of May it went to customs. Today is the end of May and it is still there. There is 5 landline numbers of which none gets answered. The one day that they do answer, I get told my package is just lying there and a query will be logged, that was nearly two weeks ago. The service is ridiculous!!!! Tracking number Ri ********** 26ZA. Can you guys please do your job as you get paid to do it!!!!</p>
