Package still not delivered and appears missing

My international package still has not arrived. [1] Took a month to be scanned in at JIMC, even though international tracking specified it has arrived in South Africa. [2] Took a month to get cleared through Customs [3] It has been 3 weeks, and the package is still in 'transit' and the Post Offices cannot tell me where exactly it is.
