Package still not Arrived at Destination - UK

<p>On the 5/14/2016 1:11 PM I shipped a box to the UK, this has left SA on the 5/17/2016 2:55 PM.</p> <p> </p> <p>I enquired on shipping insurance but was told by SA post office that I cannot insure this item due to the location of the recipient and assured me to just hold on to my receipt incase of problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been 22 business days and the package has still not arrived at the destination.</p> <p> </p> <p>Usually when I ship with this option it is in the recipients Local Post office in 10 working days more or less so im confused on whats going on this time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can I have an urgent update on the location of this parcel.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent a mail to SA Post office on the 02/06 and still not received a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathethic!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>SA tracking - CN ********** 85ZA</p>
