Package send out 4 months ago still hasnt been delivered

I have two important packages which were sent out on 1 September for delivery from Hong Kong. These two items have still not arrived at their destination, nor have they been scanned at customs in JHB.

RB ********** 18HK RB ********** 88HK

A third package which was sent out at the same time was released for delivery a few weeks ago so the remaining two should be released for delivery soon as well,

I would like both packages to be scanned as soon as possible - or an explanation needs to be given regarding why they haven't been scanned
