Package RS***NL stuck at Cape Mail HUB

Package RS ********** 15NL status "in transit" for 5 days now at Cape Mail HUB. I work in the Fores**** which is 12km from Cape Mail HUB which is the delivery address. How can a parcel take 5 days to move 12km? That does not make any sense.
