Package not released by Jhb Int Mail Centre (Hub)

I have ordered a package from the Netherlands, it arrived in SA, went through Customs and returned to the Jhb Int Mail Centre (Hub) on 24 February (RI***ZA). There is no movement on my package now and no-one to call as the customer support centre appears to be a computer telling me to hold on forever. If the package has been cleared by Customs, for what reason should it be held for 10 days at the Hub?
