Package not recieved, 42 days and still counting

Worst **** under this earth!!!!! My parcel is not delivered as yet 42 days gone by, no feedback from them.. my tracking number is EV***CN

All their numbers are invalid, i tried every number on their site! Invalid or unreachable ***!!!!

All i want to know where is my parcel, is it ****** because it is SA we stay in afterall or is it held at customs???
