Package Not Delivered For Over Two Weeks

I have been dishearted by the service recieved this far from SA Post Office. My parcel send from Durban 2 weeks ago was last scanned on the 28th of August 2015 and till today is said to be in transit. I have gone to all Post offices in Sandton to check almost daily and there is nothing. Noone seems to be able to help and the phone is always busy. My tracking number is PE***ZA. If I had gone to pick it myself that would have been a better option. Guys please fix this<br> <br>
