package not delivered

hello<br> i posted a package a week ago and it was meant to reach the receiver within 3 working days, my cousin till to date has not received the package i sent her and every time she goes to check it in Katlehong post office she receives bad service and no one is willing to help her track it down. so i tracked it online and the potch riverwalk post office sent it to Witspos(HUB) and its been there since the 6th august, i am requesting that it be delivered to its rightful place because the package is very important and essential and was suppose to be used by last week already. it is truly an inconvenience. i was complimenting the SAPO's services but after this incident i do not encourage it to any one. this is really inhumane because we put our trust in you and yet you continue failing us. please reply privately so that i can issue you with the tracking number and please do it soon.<br> kind regards
