Package not arrived

Good afternoon. I’m waiting for a package that arrived at JIMC on 26/11/17. Today I checked your app no updates. I checked your website and it’s apparently at customs arrived on 9/12/17. Please advise when I’ll receive my parcel. Tracking no RU ********** 65CN. Can I collect it at customs.
