Package missing and they ignore my emails

I have bought a product from china which was send by post to the correct address. The relevant company send me a scan of the original document. When it arrived at JIMC some *********** fool changed the address to the wrong number and send it off to the Mokopane post office. I waited almost 2 months for the package and tried to track it with the help of the local post office... very helpful I must say. could not find it. After a while I got an sms out of the blue that I must collect the package. FINAL NOTICE. I rushed of to the post office and showed them the sms. They located the paper work and that's when we found out that JIMC made a mistake with the address. Unfortunately the package was returned to JIMC due to unsuccessful delivery. I was advised and given a email address to ask JIMC to return the package to the Mokopane post office. Almost 2 weeks went by then all of a sudden I got an email which I was CC'ed. the one employee asked her colleague to please return the package giving them all relevant details on where it is. It's a month later now still nothing. Went to the post office for the umpteenth time today. Still nothing. I am giving up. Thats why they are in trouble.
