Package lying at Capemail Hub

My brother send me an urgent package on Monday morning 29 June from Kimberley Post Office and they informed him that the package will be with me either Thursday the 2nd or Friday the 3rd. After numerous calls to Capemail Hub - they do not answer phones there it is non existent and visits to the local Post Office where I am suppose to collect still no package - the tracking still shows last scanned at Capemail Hub 2 July @ 20:33. This is pathetic service. When will I have my package. Gustav Barnard ***
