Package in transit for 5 days? why? dispatch it

Hello,<br> <br> I refer to the below communication from SA postal services. My package has been released from customs but remains stranded in transit in Jo?burg for no particular reason. My package has just been sitting there for 5 days. I have already informed of how important it is that my post reaches me in Cape Town as soon as possible, but still nothing is being done. Do I honestly have to follow up on each and every step of the logistical process? Now that its no longer customs, its transit?? SA postal services seem to be one big bottle neck after another.
