Package in Johanesburg hub for 2 months without update

Hi

Please can someone assist me. I have an item which was ordered on 4 August 2018. It arrived in Johanessburg on 17 September and according to your site its still in transit and hasnt been checked into SAP postal system yet.

THis will be two months of it sitting in Johanesburg depot.

Please can I get some feedback as too where it is
