Package held by customs at JIMC A

The tracking information on my parcel from China states that it has arrived in South Africa and has been held at customs (JIMC A) as of 20 August 2015. It has now been 2 weeks, but the package has not been released, nor have I received any communication/information/requests as to whether something needs to be done on my side to ensure the release of the package.
