Package has been with JMIC since 18/06/2018

My parcel has bee at JIMC since the 18th of June.It hasn't moved at all. I've tried calling them and sending emails but I don't get any response from them.This is not the first time I experience problems with them. It's as if it's their standard to keep people's packages with them until one get tired of inquiring about it and eventually gives up on the package.
