Package Gathering Dust - Held At JIMC
My package arrived at customs on the 27th of February 2015 and has since been held at JIMC C. When I called a week ago I was told that the package had not yet been assessed. The package has been laying at JIMC for over a month and it has not been assessed??? What is it exactly that these people do Monday to Friday if packages are left untouched for weeks at a time?? Because of this I have forfeited the warrenty on the item I have purchased. This is highly unacceptable. What code of business conduct is JIMC being held to??
