Package detained, no answer on telephones

<p>My internation package was detained at customs, so I received a letter that says I need to sent a fax with some info. I don't have a fax machine, because it's 2016, so I sent an email about a week ago with the relevant info. I have heard nothing in the meatime, and tried calling the numbers provided for the capemail office, but none of my calls were answered.</p>
