Package delivery overdue
Hi there <br> <br> I was sent 3 packages from the US of which I received two. The one package has not been delivered yet, this package was last scanned on May 18, 2015 at the JHB International Mailing Centre hub and has since been \in transit". I've called several times and no response even sent an email where A lady named Monica responded asking her colleagues to check on this package. no response there too. I am pleading to JIMC I need the package"

II***ZA cleared customs on 2015-05-14 and was prepared for a dispatch to it's intended location on 2015-05-18. It hasn't left yet as our transport section is inundated high volumes of delayed items released from customs and they are working round the clock to sort as many items out as possible but the challenge is now lying with our dispatch section as not all mail can be loaded on trucks at the same time due the limitations on the maximum weight that can be accepted by the road carrier.
Kindly do follow up on this item's movement periodically by sending us an email on ***.
