Package delayed past a month

<p>The package was dispatched from the UK Airport on the 13th June 2017. The package should have arrived at most 6 days thereafter; however the package was only locally scanned on the 11th July 2017. This is nearly a month after it was dispatched from the international airport. The latest update from tracking is it was on its way to Customs on the 26th July 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I personally do not believe this is an acceptable time-frame for an international receiving package, as the previous ones took only 1 week or 2 weeks once it has arrived at JIMC.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please assist or guide, thanks. We are already in August.</p>
