Package delayed in customs

<p>I have a package (tracking number II ********** 95ZA) that arrived in South Africa beginning of June,till today it's still at customs and I am not allowed to pick it up myself. I am told to wait for delivery but no one can confirm when that will be?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Also I have another parcel tracking number TC ********** 11ZA that has been out for delivery but no one can confirm when I will receive it.</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of customer service is this?</p>
