Package delayed for 2 weeks...need it really soon

Ordered a package from Shade Station in the UK. Have been waiting for it now more than 2 weeks. I seriously need it seeing that I will be going overseas with it. Can someone help the process along, or tell me were I can find the main mail hub in Cape Town so that I could go collect it myself!
