Package by customs since 28 March 2017

<p>I ordered a fit tracker from DX.com as a birthday present on the 1st March. </p> <p> </p> <p>20th March it was received by customs and according to the tracker it went back and forth from Customs. On the 28th March is was cleared at customs. At this stage I was like WOW postal service isnt as bad as everyone makes them out to be...</p> <p> </p> <p>However the package has not moved since!!! I have emailed the call centre and been kind enough to be transfered from pillar to post without any feedback. Tried calling to only hear "we are experiencing high volume of calls" </p> <p> </p> <p>My last package from a few years ago also never arrived!</p> <p> </p> <p>Service is beyond dissapointment and shocking!</p>
