Package being held

My package RI ********** 12ZA is being held at the CAPEMAIL hub. They requested information, which I sent almost two months ago and I still havent received a response. This package was really expensive and I am quite disgusted with the level of service. I dont see the point of my compliance being ignored and my package being sent back for absolutely no reason.
