Package at Witspos for over two weeks

Good day<br> <br> My package has been at the Witspos hub for over two weeks now. The tracking number is PE *** ZA <br> <br> This is becoming extremely frustrating as I have been tracking the package every day and it just seems to be stuck at Witspos. The package is coming from Pretoria and the destination is Bryanston. <br> <br> It is ridiculous that one branch can be so inefficient. Had I known that I would never receive this package I would have gone with a Postnet or courier service.<br> <br>
