Pacel tracking and delivery

I’ve been trying to track a parcel for 3 weeks now... the tracking website is not being updated and calling doesn’t help as no one picks up... by using a third party tracking site I was finally able to pick up That my parcel is in Durban (Durmail) but since then nothing... they don’t respond to emails or calls?
