Overseas parcels

Tired for post office that does not deliver. I have been waiting for months for orders from Wish and eBay, the items are in the country. I heard there are mountains of undelivered goods in their warehouses, how long is it going to take before these importers have nothing more to do with us ? Seems to me this organization is falling apart.
