Overseas mail

I sent an urgent document to my sister in South Africa before Christmas. I paid extra money for it to be tracked and treated as urgent. It has been in Johannesburg for over a month now and has still not been delivered to the Scottburgh post office for collection. I sent my Son a parcel on the 2nd of January, also a tracked item which has also been sitting at Johannesburg for over a month now. I think this is the worst service any government department can give their clients. This is costing us money and I am really not happy about it. I cannot see that anything should take that long to deliver.
