Overnight service

My parcel TC ********** 92ZA I'm sending it to Polokwane from Protea Glen post office on 21 February 2018 today is 23 February 2018 the parcel still did not arrive. 1. I called ***Memme Kgaole answered the phone while I was still trying to explain to her that I'm looking for my parcel she just transferred me to Mbulelo who told me my parcel is in Polokwane I should contact Oupa on ********** 939 or Nols on ********** 780. 2. Oupa told me he is not working for the company anymore. 3. I called Nols surprisingly he tells me they've been waiting for the truck whole day and it never came. 4. I called back your office ***some very rude lady by the name of Tebogo answered the phone not interested on anything I'm trying to tell her she told me " I can do whatever I'm not going to get my parcel it will only be there Monday" I further asked her for the head office number she gabe me ********** that I've been calling with no answer. I believe I paid for over night service and when I'm trying to track my package I get bitter rude staff members who do not value their clients why did they choose to work with people I don't know. I will not encourage anyone to use post office services
