Overnight parcel sent on 05/02/2015 still missing

My mother sent me a parcel I urgently needed via speed services courier at the Mdantsane post office on Thursday the 5th. This parcel was supposed to reach me by Friday the 6th of Feb. I tried tracing the parcel which just showed it at Mdantsane post office and in transit. I spent countless hours on the phone trying to track the whereabouts of my parcel. A customer services consultant told me to call Speed Services as they could not assist me(I spent over 25minutes on the phone to be told this). I called Speed services and this also took me over 30 minutes a lady told me that there was a problem with the system so the parcel did not leave Mdantsane and can only be dispatched when its sorted.Back to customer serviced and held on another 20minutes and given numbers for Johannesburg to lay my complaint. Man who say he is a supervisor tells me that the parcel was not dispatched and it was better for the parcel not to reach me at the agreed time than have it go missing after being sent. I called Mdantsane and Pretoria again on Saturday wasting over R60 of airtime and still my parcel is missing. Today still the parcel I needed on Friday is nowhere to be found. I AM ANGRY BEYOND WORDS!
