Overnight delivery still not delivered- Disgusting service.

I have been to your branch in Greenstone yesterday the 09/04/2018, and I posted a package to Durban Chatsworth Office, The person by the name of Malesela assisted me, firstly I would like to point out that he quoted me R 748.00 of which I paid, I clearly asked for overnight delivery, and he said that my package would be at Chatsworth Post Office at 10am today the 10/04/2018. He did not give me a receipt as well, when I went back to the Post Office he could not find the receipt because he charged me incorrectly. He eventually matched my waybill number to a receipt of which was only R 740.00. He did not apologize for practically *****ing from me. He then gave me the R8 back, which is all well and good.

I called speed couriers this morning finding out why my package has not arrived at the Chatsworth Post office and I was told that it would only arrive tomorrow the 11/04/2018.

Please explain the concept of overnight delivery, because to my understanding, if I sent something yesterday then it should be delivered today. Especially if a fee for overnight delivery was paid.

I do hope that my package is going to be treated with care as it is fragile. I do hope to hear from someone back regarding this, I certainly will not let this just slide under the carpet.
