OVERNIGHT DELIVERY NEVER HAPPENED

A parcel was sent to me at Rustenburg Post Office yesterday morning at 9am via OVERNIGHT service. The parcel tracking number is TC***ZA. Destination is Onverwacht, Lephalale, Limpopo post office. I tried to call Onverwacht Post Office all day, the phone just ring unanswered to check if the parcel has been delivered. I then called SA Post Office ***more that 6 times, i never went through, at one point i held on for 15 minutes waiting for call centre. I then toook time off work since post office closes at 5pm to collect my parcel, the parcel HAS NOT ARRIVED at the Onverwacht Post Office. I was at the post office at 16.3. An overnight service was paid for, i do not understand why the parcel has not arrived?What exactly is the meaning of OVERNIGHT SERVICE??? parcel was sent at 9 am Monday 02 November 2015, on the 3rd November 2015 at 16h30 No parcel was delivered.
