Overnight delivery an express LIe!

<p>I live in Pretoria North and I received a tracking code for a parcel from a friend in Cape Town on Thursday 04 August 2016 at around 10.00 am.</p> <p>I assume that it is not possible to have a tracking code if you have not handed in your parcel.</p> <p>I also assume that overnight would mean next business day.</p> <p>Today is Wednesday 10 August - 2 (and a half) working days later and still no sign of my parcel. The Pretoria North Post Office has not received it yet and my call to the tracing office - ********** 133 - was placed on hold for longer than 20 minutes.</p> <p>All my subsequent calls went unanswered.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this what we are to expect from an agency that wants to provide a world class service? Is this a norm or a once-off mistake?</p> <p>I will in future take my business to agencies that are more reliable, even if I have to pay more.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
