Over two months and still waiting for SA Post office to process my parcel

To say that I am buttery disappointed is an understatement. I ordered something from Amazon, they sent the parcel to me in the beginning of August and due to some strike, two months has gone by and I still don't have my parcel. I get messages like it is not in the country, or whatever and I know that it is as I tracked it. It is lying in some warehouse with thousands of other parcels that still need to reach their destination and nothing is being done about it. Totally disgraceful.
