OVER SEE PARCEL NOT ARRIVED YET

I am waiting for a parcel. I ordered 2 parcels on the same day. Already got the one about 4 weeks ago. Still waiting for the other one. On the system it is to customs in September, It is not even September yet.

I emailed them, no one can help me. They did respond with very little help to my issue. I did mail them several times afterwards but now they just don't reply.

Somewhere someone must be able to assist me I can not do this on my own and it is very frustrating.
