Over night speed services delivery

Hi<br> <br> On 14 September 2015 I had an item couriered to me by overnight courier (speed servcies). It was scanend at JHBNET on 15 September 2015. I attended the branch and was informed the parcel was still on its way. I attended again on 1 october 2015 and was informed that the parcel was still not at the post office. <br> <br> I have treid calling Speed services on numerous occassions but the phone is not answered and eventually cuts off (even though the voice recording says the call will be answered by the next available operator).<br> <br> The tracking number is TC***ZA.<br> <br> I look forward to your urgent assistance.<br> <br> Many thanks.
