Over 3 months to deliver via SA postal services?!!! From Jozi to CT

The South African Postal services are extremely lousy. I was sent a parcel from the UK. It arrived to Johannesburg Incoming Mail Centre on November the 7th 2019 via Belgium. I'm residing in Cape Town and have since not received a receipt to pick a very small package. How can it take over 3/months to arrive from Jozi to Cape Town via postal services. This is downright pathetic and does not even deserve a one star rating. How can people who are employed be so apathetic of the duties they are paid to do when we have such a huge unemployment gap in this day and age? I've wasted so many phonecalls trying to track the parcel and to no avail. Nobody seems interested in assisting me but rather making lame excuses about how everyone else is also waiting on incoming mail. How stupid can you take the general public for? It does not take over 90 days to send a small package from Jozi to CT. Really very sad times we are living in. Utterly disgusted with the postal services in SA!!! Whoever is in charge of Jo'burg incoming mail centre should be laid off from work. Pathetic!!!!
